I see my new kitten what do I do to ensure I get him/her?
Please contact me at nadasphynx@att.net or 954-868-6620 so we can make sure a Sphynx is right for you. If a Sphynx kitten sounds like it is a fit the next step is to fill out a contract and make a deposit ($300).
What does my new kitten come with?
All kittens will be up to date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered and microchipped. I do offer a 2 year health guarantee against genetic diseases. I also offer a 5 year guarantee for HCM with required scanning at age 2 and 4.
What if I'm not able to pick-up my kitten?
Shipping is available world wide. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. I must approve the airline and time of year must be taken into consideration. I can ship locally through Continental; they have climate controlled cargo. You are also welcome to fly to come pick-up your new family member. You can fly into Tampa, Florida(TPA) airport.
How much do they cost?
"Most" pet kittens are $1000-$1500. Price depends on many factors, but often the kittens with better conformation cost more.

| The Sphynx breed is quickly becoming a very exploited breed.
Sphynx kittens are not easy to raise. It takes much dedicated time, money and care to ensure they are healthy, well socialized, and ready for their new home.
When thinking about purchasing an exotic breed such as the Sphynx, it is not wise to "bargain shop", or look for the best price.
The average cost of a kitten should be between $1000 and $1500. They should be at least 12-16 weeks of age before going to their new home.
Be sure to ask many questions from the breeder.
Are the parents HCM scanned? Can they show proof? Do not believe them when they tell you this is not important.
(HCM is a fatal heart disease, very often with no symptoms.)
Will your kitten come neuter/spayed, or will you be left with paying for that? The cost can be as much as $250-$300, depending on the area where you live.
Ask for pictures of the parents, the baby you are purchasing, references, (email address or phone number) of several previous satisfied buyers.
Do your homework. Ask for parents Full Registered names and check the HCM database for any relatives.

The reality of unforeseen, long term, vet expenses, will linger far longer than the temporary satisfaction of a "good deal."
Impulsive buying can be a heartbreaking experience.
